Speaker Proposal Submission Requirements

The deadline to submit your proposal was October 1, 2021. 

Please review the following requirements before submitting your speaker proposal for WACUBO 2022.

Submission Requirements

Gather this information prior to taking this form. All submissions must include the following (* indicates a required field):

  • Primary Presenter Information:
    • Name*
    • Title*
    • Member Institution*
    • Address*
    • Email Address*
    • Phone Number*
    • One to two sentences listing credentials
    • Speaker Bio*
    • Headshot (800 pixels wide minimum)
  • Additional Presenter(s) Information: 
    • Name*
    • Title*
    • Member Institution*
    • Address*
    • Email Address*
    • Phone Number*
    • One to two sentences listing credentials
    • Speaker Bio*
    • Headshot (800 pixels wide minimum
  • Have you presented at a WACUBO Conference in the past?*
  • Concurrent Session Title*
  • Brief Informational Description (two to three sentences)*
  • Proposal Synopsis (500 words or less) outlining the problem, solution, lesson(s) learned, and a statement of how this information will benefit your colleagues*
  • Recording permission*
  • A statement giving permission for WACUBO to publish your materials*

Submission Review

Each proposal will be reviewed by the WACUBO Professional Development Workshop Committee and ranked based on how well the presentation addresses the following criteria:

  • Originality of concept and approach
  • Relevance of the issue/problem
  • Clarity of expression
  • Organization of the presentation
  • Completeness of the submission
