If you are looking to attend the Full Conference (includuing all education, showcase, socials, etc) beyond your alloted complementary full conference registration, you will need to register as a full conference attendee through the Attendee Registration Form.

Glossary of Terms

Social Sponsors 

  • Each attendee will receive two (2) drink tickets. If you prefer to fund the difference of an open bar, beyond your sponsorship dollar amount, please notify the WACUBO Office and we will bill you at the conclusion of the Conference. 

Full Conference Registration Vs. Showcase Only

  • Full Conference: Includes education, showcase, and social events
  • Showcase Only: Includes showcase and social events (no education)

Pre/Post Attendee List

  • The pre-attendee list will be sent two (2) weeks prior to the Conference 
  • The post-attendee list will be sent one (1) week after the conclusion of the Conference

Business Partner Session

  • Diamond Level and those sponsors at the $10,000 level or higher are eligible upon approval of the Program / Business Partner Committee  

WACUBO Conference Policies

Refunds will be considered, less a $100 processing fee, if provided cancellation is received in writing to [email protected] no later than March 1, 2025. No refunds will be considered after March 1, 2025. We do not accept transfers of dollars to other events.

Once you complete your submission and make your payment in full, benefits will begin.
