Overview: Registration Process

1. Registering Your Institution for an Institution Group Registration 
Recommended for registering 5+ attendees from the same Institution 

If you are purchasing a group registration for your Institution, please select "Register Yourself" and complete the required form fields. Please DO NOT register any Linked Profiles with this submission, as the Linked Profiles will require a unique registration code to complete (RSVP) their own registration.

Did your Institution purchase an Institution Group Registration?
Register yourself and RSVP by following the steps below:

If you are a WACUBO Member or returning guest with a current profile, please continue with the steps below and log in under the "WACUBO Members & Returning Guests" section.

If you are new to WACUBO, have never attended an event, and do not have a unique profile, please navigate to the login section titled "Don't have a login? Are you a first-time attendee with your WACUBO Institution?" and continue with the steps below. 

  1. Begin the registration form, select "Institution Employee (Pre-Purchased Group Rate)" to RSVP/register yourself
  2. Complete required form fields
  3. Enter your unique registration code upon form completion that you should have received from your Institution's registration contact

2. Registering an Individual 
Recommended for individuals or institutions with up to 4 attendees

(Non-Institution Group Registration)

Registering only yourself: If you are only registering yourself for this event. Please begin the WACUBO 2021 registration form, scroll to the bottom, select "Register Yourself", and complete the required form fields. 

Registering multiple individuals: If you logged in with an account that has linked profiles you will see the option to "Register Yourself" and "Register Linked Profile" below. This form will only allow you to register already linked staff profiles associated with your organization.
Your Institution holds the WACUBO membership. All faculty and staff are given unique profiles  that are linked to your Institution as Linked Profiles to collect all attendees' individual registrations. Email [email protected] if further assistance is needed. 


Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be a WACUBO member to register/attend?

No, you don't have to be a member. However, WACUBO members receive a discounted registration rate. Plus, you get a full year of WACUBO member benefits! To take advantage of the discount, be sure to check if your organization is a member by contacting the WACUBO office or join today through our national organization NACUBO.


I don't know if my Institution has already paid for an Institution Group Registration. How can I check?

Consult the Institution Group Registration List. If your Institution is listed on the page, your Institution has purchased the group rate. If you have not received your Unique Registration Code, notify your Institution Registration Contact. If you're not sure who that is, contact the WACUBO office for assistance. 


What do I do with this code that my Institution Registration Contact sent to me?

Please complete your registration process by applying your unique registration code to your registration submission. For details, view the RSVP section above


Can I register, or RSVP, multiple attendees at one time with the unique registration code?

Yes, you can register, or RSVP, multiple attendees.

Read the instructions below and follow the steps that fit your needs for RSVPing/registering multiple attendees.

  • How to RSVP/register yourself + additional linked member attendees
    • In the registration section of the online form, please select "Register Yourself".
    • Once you have filled in your information, and before selecting “Next”, select "Register Linked Profile", which will bring up a dropdown list of linked profiles.
    • Select the name of the person you wish to RSVP/register and proceed with the form, answering all questions on that person’s behalf.
    • If you have additional profiles, repeat the above.
    • If you do not see the name of the person you wish to register, and they are an employee of your Institution, please contact the WACUBO office.
  • How to RSVP/register other linked profiles ONLY (not including yourself)
    • In the registration section of the online form, please select the option "Register Linked Profiles".
    • Select the name of the person you wish to register and proceed with the form, answering all questions on that person’s behalf.
    • If you have additional profiles, before selecting “Next” repeat the above. 
    • If you do not see the name of the person you wish to register, and they are an employee of your Institution, please contact the WACUBO office

Can I pay with a credit card? 

Yes, we accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment may also be made by check if you select "invoice me" upon completing your registration. Checks should be mailed to the WACUBO office once you have received your invoice. 


When is the registration payment due? 

Payment for the WACUBO 2021 Virtual Annual Conference is due by May 19, 2021. You will receive automated reminder messages until payment is fully processed.


How do I receive an invoice for payment? 

Upon completion of the registration form, please select "Invoice me". You will then receive a system-generated invoice via email.


How do I request special accommodations?

There is a section in your registration form to request accommodations. For additional accommodations, please email [email protected] at least 6 weeks prior to the WACUBO 2021 Virtual Annual Conference. 


Will I need to be on webcam for WACUBO 2021?

Several WACUBO 2021 sessions will offer audio/video capabilities for attendees. For the best conference experience, all attendees are encouraged to participate on camera when possible. 
Note: not all sessions will allow for these capabilities.
